Who we are

Dialed Solutions, LLC builds custom software for organizations. We are the parent company of Pebbl, which makes Pebbl AI, PebblPlan and PebblTime. When this statement says "we" or "us", it means Dialed Solutions, LLC.

Pebbl's products and its website, pebblai.com, have their own privacy and data statements, which apply when you use them.

What we collect

• When you contact us. Your name, work email, phone number if you give it, the topic you choose and anything you write in your message, plus whatever you include when you email us.
• When your organization works with us. Business contact details for the people we work with, such as name, work email, role and organization, and the records of our engagement.
• When you visit this website. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

Client data in our work

During a custom build or other client project we may handle data that belongs to your organization, including personal information in its systems. We process that data only to deliver the work your organization has asked for, under the terms of our agreement with your organization. Where the agreement says how data is handled, it takes precedence over this statement.

How we use it

• To keep this website and our systems secure

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host, email and bill for us, under contracts that limit how they use it. Messages sent through this website are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the website and the form service we share with Pebbl, and emailed to our team through Twilio SendGrid. Google Analytics measures visits to the website (see below).
• Technology partners, only when your organization's project needs them and your organization agrees
• Authorities, when the law requires it
• A buyer or successor, if Dialed Solutions, LLC is merged or acquired; this statement would continue to apply

Cookies and this website

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, your browser and device, the pages you view and the site that sent you. We use these reports only to improve this website; we don't use Google's advertising features or share the data with advertisers. You can block these cookies in your browser's settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

The website sets no other cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. When you send a form, our server briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with what you send.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while we are in conversation with you. We keep engagement records for as long as we work with your organization, and then as long as we need them to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you further rights. If the information came to us through your employer's engagement with us, we may pass your request to them. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We limit access to the people who need it and protect information with encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16.
